Job summary

Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is seeking a versatile handyman in Lake Mary, Florida.

You’ll perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in homes and small commercial properties, delivering reliable work with minimal supervision and a friendly, professional approach. You’ll own day-to-day tools, work a Monday–Friday schedule with a possible Saturday bonus, and receive weekly pay with bonuses based on hours billed.

Specific Responsibilities/ Job Requirements

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in residential homes and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
• Strong 'multi-skill' background desired. Must have/own 'day to day' tools of the trade.
• Deliver a consistent & superior customer experience when working in their home.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations.
• Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Weekly pay averages $850-950 + bonuses depending on number of hours billed. Increases will come with performance at 90 days depending on quality of job performance.
