The Carpenter Foreman I provides direction and supervision to assigned crew and determines when to delegate or actually perform the work. Is fully competent in all facets of construction, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, or plywood using Carpenter's hand and power tools conforming to construction documents. Depending on staffing and circumstances, may function as backup to supervision on site.
