Holder Construction seeks a Carpenter Foreman to join the Operations team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position focused on leading crews, coordinating projects, and ensuring on-time completion while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of carpentry experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and the capacity to read drawings and perform physically demanding tasks. Local availability and willingness to work overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic drawings.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods and lift 50–100 lbs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to join our Operations team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading team to complete daily tasks at jobsite.
• Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring all projects are completed.
• Monitor production schedule and attendance of crew.
• This is a working foreman position and individual will also step in to assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Possess 10 years of construction/carpenter experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred:

• Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
• Forklift operator training work would be a plus.
