Silver Spring-based high-end residential Design/Build firm is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with leadership experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and overseeing residential renovation projects from start to finish.
Our projects include kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, and whole-house renovations throughout the Washington, DC Metro area. The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for performing and overseeing carpentry work, coordinating daily jobsite activities, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and helping ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
Qualified candidates should have extensive residential carpentry and renovation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively lead and work alongside a project team. Candidates should be dependable, professional, organized, and committed to delivering the level of craftsmanship expected in high-end residential construction.
