The Role

We’re looking for a Union Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows the work, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

You’ll be responsible for running crews, coordinating work in the field, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and above standard.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on active job sites
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules
• Oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep work moving

What You Bring

• Strong experience in metal stud framing and drywall systems
• Proven ability to run crews and manage field production
• Ability to read and execute from plans and specifications
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of jobsite safety and union work environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Union wage: $55.24/hour (per applicable union scale)
