Job description

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are hiring for a Carpenter Foreman position. You will work closely with our Plant Manager to lead our carpenter shop.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the carpentry crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure accurate construction.

· Order and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for carpentry work.

· Inspect work progress to verify project quality, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.

· Train, mentor, and provide guidance to carpentry team members to enhance skills and productivity.

· Assist with hands-on carpentry work when necessary, including framing, formwork, finishing, and other construction tasks.

· High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
