Now Hiring: Carpenter Foreman – Large Commercial Projects
Location: Albany, NY | $62,000–$75,000/year

Cedar Park Group is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on large-scale commercial construction projects in Albany, NY. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in commercial carpentry, job site leadership, and coordination with multiple trades.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in finish carpentry, cabinetry, tile work, and basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) tasks, along with excellent communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on large commercial job sites.

• Perform and oversee tasks including commercial-grade finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, tile installation, and fixture installation.

• Execute basic plumbing and electrical work as needed for project support.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and commercial building codes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional carpentry experience, with a focus on large commercial projects.

• Strong working knowledge of finish carpentry, cabinetry, tile installation, and basic MEP systems.

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage site workflow efficiently.

• OSHA 10 (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction blueprints and specifications.

• Reliable transportation and tools.
