Hoar is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to work with the Superintendent to plan, organize, perform and oversee carpentry tasks on commercial projects using wood, steel and other materials.
The role requires 5–7 years of experience as a general Carpenter or Foreman, with prior form-work experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.
Outdoor site conditions, travel between sites, and safety compliance are part of the daily duties.
The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for working closely with the Superintendent to plan, organize, perform and oversee the work of the Carpenters as it relates to building, installing and repairing structures and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel.
