Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Carpenter.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to fabricate structural components such as stairways, railings, and decking.
• Cut, shape, and assemble various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, to construct custom structures and fixtures.
• Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other built-in components.
• Ensure the quality and safety of all work by following industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the project manager.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
