Job Description

HEI Civil, a leading heavy civil construction company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Carpenter/Finisher to join our team in the Denver Metro area. We focus on projects such as roadways, bridges, water infrastructure, and environmental restoration, emphasizing safety, quality, and community impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and setting concrete forms
• Tie rebar
• Placing and finishing concrete foundations
• Operating heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
• Using personal finishing tools
• Finishing concrete with floating, troweling, edging, and brushing
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Following directions and communicating professionally

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, and stand for long periods in various weather conditions
• 1-2 years of experience in concrete work

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $23/hour, based on experience. Full-time, nonexempt position with benefits including paid sick leave, holidays, health insurance, 401K, life insurance, and voluntary dental, vision, and supplemental insurance. Benefits available after the waiting period.
