Position Title: Carpenter/Finisher

Schedule: 2nd Shift 1pm - 11:30pm (4 Days/10-Hour Shift)

Location: St. Charles, MO

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of custom trailers, displays, and vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and work under supervision to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Perform tasks such as sanding, grinding, polishing, and reading blueprints.
• Communicate with team members and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document work performed and parts used.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in related trades or education.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative to learn.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills such as mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
