Qualifications

• Proven experience in finish carpentry and rough carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

• Commitment to safety and knowledge of MIOSHA/OSHA regulations.
• Leadership potential for Lead Carpenter or Foreman roles.
• OSHA 10/30 hour certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough carpentry: frame, door, and hardware installation.
• Interpret and apply blueprints, plans, and specifications on projects.
