Job description

With care and craftsmanship the RISE production team transforms concepts into reality. The ideal candidate will have fabrication expertise in exhibit, tradeshow, retail display and/ or commercial millwork. They should be skilled in modern carpentry techniques, using powered saws, routers, pneumatic fasteners, gluing and lamination as well as standard hand-held tools. The individual will be working with multiple materials such as wood, veneer, laminate, acrylic, steel, aluminum, graphic substrates, etc.

Responsibilities

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

Oral and Written Communication - Listens and gets clarification and responds well to questions. Able to read and understand build drawings.

Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and works well in group problem solving situations.

Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses and pursues training and development opportunities. Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.

Team Work - Supports everyone's efforts to succeed, works well in a team and as an individual and has a positive attitude.

Physical qualifications- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand.
