ServiceMaster DSI in Aurora, CO is seeking full-time carpenters with remodeling experience to join our busy team. The role offers ongoing project work across residential and commercial sites with on-site training and clear paths for advancement.

You will perform drywall, painting, flooring, tile and carpentry tasks, contribute to complete home rebuilds, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality restorations. A reliable work ethic and valid driver's license are required.

Salary Range:

$25 to $35 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge (plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses).

Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60+ hours.

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
