Position: Full-Time, Hourly Construction

Salary Range: $25-35 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $25-$35, plus daily vehicle stipend and per diem for out-of-state travel
• Paid holidays, PTO, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years hands-on construction experience
• Proficiency in drywall finishing, finish carpentry, and painting
• Experience with drywall surface prep, taping, mudding, sanding
• Installing trim, baseboards, molding, cabinets, precise measurements
• Leadership and management experience
• Own tools, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, pass background and drug tests
