Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Experience constructing form-work for concrete construction.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation to the job site.
• Be willing to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, hammers, drills and other power tools as required.
• Position, join, align, and set stick built or manufactured form systems.
• Shovel cement and other materials into portable cement mixers; mix, pour, and spread concrete.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications.
• Use tape measures, hammers, squares, and levels to set formwork and falsework.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
• Load, unload building materials, machinery, and tools.
• Work long hours including nights, weekends, and extended outdoor periods.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
