This role requires reading blueprints, precise layouts, and strong teamwork to meet project schedules. Your experience in construction and ability to handle seasonal conditions will support project delivery across multiple Ohio sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation.
• Be willing to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install doors; drill and set door hardware.
• Install windows.
• Layout for stairs and common rafters.
• Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout.
• Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columns.
• Pump, place and finish techniques.
• Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks.
• Crane signals and rigging.
• Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule.
