Working in a collaborative shop environment, you’ll use your expertise in woodworking, assembly, and finishing to construct products that meet our clients’ unique specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret project requirements from drawings, work tickets and project scope
• Record material, time, supplies, and any other costs associated with the job to help maintain adequate inventory and supply levels.
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery
• Keep all tools in good working order and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Perform routine, ongoing operator maintenance of machines and equipment
• Contribute construction ideas to management and the project teams
• Cut and assemble wood and wood laminate fixtures
• Install hardware, electrical, glass, graphics, and customer product
• May perform work at off-site display locations installing and dismantling display components, including wood fixtures, hardware, electrical, graphics, and customer product

Requirements

• Skills and Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years cabinet making and laminating experience using a variety of woodworking tools/equipment to include cabinet door and hardware applications
• Experience with set up and operation of woodworking machinery
• Prior experience with cabinet layout and retail display fixtures preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely without direct supervision
• Exposure to and/or experience working with CNC machined parts is desired

Pay Range

$26 - $32 (+ profit sharing)

The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, the base salary of internal peers, and demonstrated performance.
