Job description: Total Decking is hiring installers to join their fast-growing New England installation team! For 40 years, Total Decking has been New England’s premier installer of high-end yacht decking. As an installer, you will get the opportunity to work on some of the world’s finest yachts with the best crew in the business. We aim to have the industry’s best salary and benefits package, a focus on work-life balance (if it’s snowing, we are going skiing), and the opportunity for flexible project based scheduling if desired. Installers can advance up technical or management tracks depending on ability and interest. WILLINGNESS AND ABILITY TO TRAVEL IS A MUST!

Requirements:

Responsibilities include;
- Show up on time with a positive attitude
- Have carpentry knowledge and good attention to detail
- Know and implement the necessary safety requirements
- Exercise good common sense
- Be professional and client focused
- Be available to travel to job sites throughout Maine, New England and the Mid-Atlantic
- CAD experience is a plus, however not required
