Carpenter Bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative

Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school with 1,900 pupils, located 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are seeking to appoint a Carpenter Bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative to perform general maintenance duties within their skillset. The successful candidate will assist the maintenance team in completing planned and reactive work efficiently, to high standards, within agreed deadlines, and safely.

The role involves delivering first-class building maintenance, redecoration, and refurbishment work to ensure that school facilities, equipment, plant, premises, and grounds are maintained in optimal condition, clean, and visually appealing, while working within budget and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all, and will support the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people, adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
