Carpenter bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative

Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school with 1900 pupils, located just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are looking to appoint a Carpenter bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative to provide general maintenance duties within their skillset and assist the maintenance team in completing planned and reactive works efficiently, to a high standard, within target dates, and safely.

The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering first-class building maintenance, redecoration, and refurbishment work, ensuring that school facilities, equipment, plant, premises, and grounds are maintained at the highest standards of operational readiness, cleanliness, and appearance, while working within budget and achieving high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will help create a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, adhering to all health and safety policies and measures.
