Brentwood School seeks a Carpenter bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative to maintain and enhance school facilities. We are looking to appoint a Carpenter bias Multi-Skilled Building Operative to provide general maintenance duties within their skillset and assist the maintenance team in completing planned and reactive works efficiently, to a high standard, within target dates, and safely.
The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering first-class building maintenance, redecoration, and refurbishment work, ensuring that school facilities, equipment, plant, premises, and grounds are maintained at the highest standards of operational readiness, cleanliness, and appearance, while working within budget and achieving high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will help create a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, adhering to all health and safety policies and measures.
