Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior carpenters in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and related materials.
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily work activities.
• Learn and follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Support in building frameworks, furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
• Help with site preparation, clean‑up, and maintenance of a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate willingness to learn trade techniques.
• Perform basic calculations, read simple blueprints, and use hand and power tools under supervision.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to develop carpentry skills.
