Job summary

24Restore in Ramsey, MN is seeking a Carpenter to join our team at homes and commercial sites. You will work with a Certified Carpenter to fabricate, construct, install and repair structural woodwork per blueprints, drawings and instructions, using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have carpentry interest and/or basic carpentry skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, construction, installation and repairs of structural woodwork following blueprints and drawings.
• Measure, shape and cut material using hand or power tools; ensure quality inspection of finish carpentry work.

We are currently looking to fill 2 new Carpenter positions in our rapidly growing, fast paced company.

Position Summary for Carpenter:

As a member of the Carpenter Team, you will work directly side by side with a Certified Carpenter at job sites: homes and commercial job sites. Perform fabrication, construction, installation and repairs of structural woodwork and wood products by following blueprints, drawings, and oral instruction: using hand or power tools and appropriate equipment. Measuring shaping and cutting material. Ensures quality inspection of finish carpentry work.

Requirements for Carpenter Apprentice:

• Candidate must have carpentry interest and or must be able to perform basic carpentry skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clear driving record.
• Must have a pass a criminal background check.
• Must be available for occasional overtime, sometimes on an emergency basis.
• Willingness to work outside in varying temperatures and elements, should you be assigned exterior responsibilities; such as, framing, window installation, and deck building. Some exceptions - by jobs.
• Must be able to work in a team setting
