Covenant LLC is looking for a motivated and respectful Carpenter Apprentice (Helper) to support our skilled crews on custom residential construction projects. Whether you're brand new to the field or bringing early experience, we'll invest in your growth.

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you'll assist carpenters and leads on the job site while learning the foundational skills of the trade. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support carpenters in day-to-day tasks and anticipate their needs on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsitesweeping, trash removal, and tool organization
• Courteously interact with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors
• Take initiative to improve your carpentry knowledge and skillset
• Follow all company safety protocols, using proper PPE and reporting unsafe conditions
  
  

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in carpentry and residential construction
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical tasks throughout the day
• Respect for others and a desire to contribute to a values-based team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly range at $18 to $22, based on experience
• Mentorship and hands-on learning from experienced tradespeople
