Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Carpenter is responsible for assisting in the custom building of fabricated Cubes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Install and repair items ranging from cabinets, insulation, kitchen/bathroom tile and drywall.
• Conduct building inspections to identify repairs as needed.
• Cut, shape and alter material.
• Build and assemble doors and windows.
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Strong assembly skills working with cabinets.
• Tile installation/repair skill set.
• Drywall and insulation skills.
• Ability to safely use a table saw and basic shop tools.
• Must possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend written and verbal English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

WORKING CONDITIONS
