You'll be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including rough framing, wall, rafter, and stair layout, and the installation of structures and fixtures. Think of this role as a blend of craftsmanship and precision, where your expertise and attention to detail will drive our success.

Key Responsibilities: As a Carpenter at MBC, you will be deeply involved in every phase of our construction process. Your journey begins with following established safety rules and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will verify the trueness of structures using tools like plumb bobs and levels, assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, and build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other fixtures. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, so you will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Verify trueness of structures using plumb bobs and levels.
• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props using hand-held tools, nails, dowel pins, and glue.
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other fixtures using woodworking machines, carpenters' tools, and power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floors, trim, or hardware.

Qualifications: Do you have knowledge and experience in rough framing, wall, rafter, and stair layout? Are you familiar with stud placement and have experience operating gradalls and forklifts?
