Liberty Maintenance is a fast-growing contracting/maintenance company servicing the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently looking for an employee to fill a full-time Carpentry position in the Philadelphia area.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in the carpentry/construction field. They should work well within a team structure as well as independently when needed. This position is an ideal role for a carpenter who is seeking a stable full-time position with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Framing of walls with wood/metal studs, Frame decks, doorways, windows, etc.
• Drywall patching, interior repairs, Painting
• Installation of Decks, doorways, window installation
• Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc.
• Tile work and flooring installation
• Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc.
• Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs
• Must be able to wear half and full-face respirator

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
