Headquartered in Colorado and operating across Denver, Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, and Raleigh, we’re known for excellence, innovation, and outstanding craftsmanship.

We’re expanding our Raleigh NC team and are looking for skilled Apprentice, Journeymen, and Foreman with acoustical ceiling experience and/or commercial carpentry.

Available Roles

Apprentice

• Assist Journeymen, Foremen, and Leads with installation on commercial job sites
• Install suspended ceiling systems (wire, grid, acoustical tile) per standards
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area
• Provide consistent, professional customer service (internal & external)
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and schedules
• Complete tasks as directed; communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors
• Maintain, use, and protect company tools, equipment, and materials
• Track basic work progress and material usage as required
• Demonstrate reliability (attendance, punctuality) and attention to detail
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends
• Collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment

Journeyman

• Advanced Installation & Technical Skills: Install complex ceiling and wall systems (wood, metal, demountable partitions, specialty panels), demonstrating strong carpentry and technical expertise.
• Blueprint Reading & Documentation: Read blueprints and specifications accurately; manage project documentation and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Training & Supervision: Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring proper installation techniques and safety practices are followed on‑site.
• Experience & Flexibility: Minimum 3 years of suspended ceiling installation experience, with the ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs.

Foreman

• Project Planning & Installation: Expertly install acoustical and specialty ceilings according to company, industry, and manufacturer guidelines. Plan and execute projects with field installers to meet customer quality expectations, on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate Journeymen and Apprentices, ensuring proper performance, safety, and job completion. Manage employee productivity and oversee timecard submissions.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies, perform job site inspections, and provide continuous training on proper installation techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Customer Service & Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers and supervisors, address project discrepancies, and ensure high‑quality customer service both internally and externally.
