Job summary

Prince SLR-TPK Int.-E8U3 in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled construction worker to lay out, cut, and assemble wood and metal frameworks for highway and bridge projects. You will measure materials, interpret blueprints, and follow safety procedures on outdoor sites.

Responsibilities include marking cutting lines, using saws and woodworking machines, and coordinating with supervisors and crew to complete tasks on time and to spec, even in heat and rain.

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 4 - 5 years experience working in heavy highway / bridge environment


• Must possess ability to perform physical activities to include climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials


• Must possess good communication skills to provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person


• Must be available to work, on average, ten (10) hours per day, five days (and occasionally six days) per week. All work is performed outdoors in Florida heat and rain; and around heavy highway traffic areas.
