Aerotek in Oakdale, MN is seeking a motivated Framing Carpenter to join a fast-paced production team. You will assemble wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems, reading blueprints and ensuring precise construction in a fully onsite role.

Formación

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production goals while following all company safety procedures.
• Stage, load, and move materials and finished products for shipment.
• Assist with general material handling and inventory organization.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Job Title: Framing Carpenter

Pay: $25-$35/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter to join our team. This position involves assembling wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems in a production environment while maintaining high-quality standards and safe work practices. The ideal candidate has carpentry or construction experience, can read blueprints, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems according to blueprints and production drawings.

• Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber and building materials to precise specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to ensure accurate construction.

• Operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain production goals while following all company safety procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakdale, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
