Job summary

Tradesmen International is actively seeking experienced Carpenters for projects in and around Little Rock, Arkansas. This first-shift opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to work alongside skilled craftsmen who value safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

You will read blueprints, measure and cut, install framing, doors, trim, and cabinetry, and contribute to finish carpentry and site assemblies.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
• Experience with framing, concrete forms, trim work, and cabinetry installation preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
• Calculate dimensions and plan layouts for construction projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install lumber, drywall, plastic, metal, and other materials.
• Utilize tape measures, laser levels, hand tools, and power saws.
• Construct structural frameworks, including walls, floor joists, roof trusses, staircases, and door frames.
• Build and install concrete forms for various construction applications.
• Install doors, window frames, trim, molding, cabinetry, countertops, and hardware.
• Perform finish carpentry and detailed installation work.
• Inspect damaged structures and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Repair and replace framing, flooring, fixtures, and other carpentry components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around the Little Rock, AR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
