• Pay range: 20.90 per hour
• This is a Year Round position

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the supervisor on drywall, painting, and fabrication work, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and buildings, keeping accurate logs and records.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and assemble/test machines to resolve issues quickly.
• Regularly inspect equipment, report abnormalities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and notify supervisors of supply needs.
• Stay updated through training and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide friendly service to guests, assist with equipment, and support other departments as needed.
• Know emergency system locations and maintain electronic lock security.
• Possess carpentry skills for various tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years Building/Carpentry or related experience

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
