Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to the Manchester job site.
• Basic hand tools and PPE.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if needed).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of commercial carpentry from framing through finish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Layout, frame, and install walls, blocking, doors, windows, and other structural components.
• Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and finish carpentry details.
• Complete punch list items and ensure quality workmanship.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Work independently and with other trades to meet project schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
