Job summary

Creative Management Services LLC is seeking candidates for a Lithia Springs, GA-based position supporting the assembly and setup of trade show exhibits and permanent environments for major brands. You will move freight from the warehouse, unpack, inspect for damage, and document contents, with repairs as needed.

Responsibilities include reading tapes measures, assembling displays from blueprints, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Some overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Clear, articulate communication.
• Ability to assemble exhibits following blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Position Summary/General Description

Assist in pulling freight from the warehouse to the set-up area. Unpack and inspect for damages. If damage is evident, report to supervisor and complete repairs. Repairs will include but not be limited to peeling laminate, fixing damage and relaminating. Writing case lists to document contents packed on skids or in crates.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16 ".
• Must be able to communicate clearly and articulately
• Keeping work area clean and orderly.
• Assembling exhibits following blueprints.
• Be willing to learn new skills and have a positive attitude.
• Must work required overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers
• Writing and reading comprehension
