Job description

Job Title: Carpenter

Enterprise Precast Concrete, a division of Enterprise Properties, Inc., is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. We are the nation's leading provider of high-quality architectural precast components, offering products such as architectural panels, custom architectural fabrication, site furnishings, and design/build consultation.

The Carpenter will work alongside the Carpenter Foreman to fabricate and set up forms for all precast concrete products, as well as perform miscellaneous carpentry tasks as directed by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Construct forms for precast concrete panels in accordance with architectural specifications and PCI requirements, utilizing approved piece tickets.
2. Meet regularly with the Carpenter Foreman to discuss production schedules, form construction issues, and process improvements.
3. Maintain inventory records of form-related materials to ensure timely procurement of supplies.
4. Maintain tools properly and adhere to safety protocols, including the use of safety guards.
5. Manage personal carpentry workload efficiently.
6. Arrive on time and maintain regular attendance.
7. Work effectively as part of a team.
8. Uphold plant safety standards following the Company Safety Manual and under the guidance of the Plant Safety Coordinator.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of recent general carpentry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with finish carpentry, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, specifications, construction drawings, and piece tickets.
