Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Georgetown, TX. The Carpenter will build, install, and repair custom staircases and related components using both wood and iron materials. Daily responsibilities include measuring and laying out work, cutting and assembling stair parts, performing framing and finish carpentry, and ensuring all installations meet company quality standards and local codes. The role involves regular use of hand tools and power tools, reading and interpreting drawings or plans, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule. The Carpenter is expected to maintain a safe work area, follow safety protocols, and perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills with experience in residential construction or custom stair work.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used for measuring, cutting, fastening, and finishing.
• Experience in framing and structural assembly for stairs and related components.
• Ability to perform finish carpentry, including precise fitting, sanding, and detailing of wood and iron parts.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
