Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team in Findlay, OH. You will build, install, and repair structures across educational, healthcare, industrial, and commercial settings, from framing walls to cabinetry.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of commercial/industrial carpentry experience, can read blueprints, and works safely with hand and power tools. A valid driver's license is required and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Carpenter in commercial or industrial construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools used in carpentry.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials.
• Interpret and work directly from blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.
• Perform essential tasks including framing, cabinetry work, stair layout, and interior finishing.
• Utilize a wide variety of hand and power tools while ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with other construction professionals to complete projects.
• Strictly maintain and adhere to all established safety protocols and procedures.

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
