Job summary

WCG Construction in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. This full-time on-site role covers rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and related shop drawings.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with competitive pay ($27-40/hour) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, wellness programs, and HSA contributions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial carpentry or concrete formwork experience.
• Proficient with construction tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet physical demands of the job.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: OSHA 10/30 certification, Procore knowledge, ability to pass DEN airport background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall, and formwork.
• Install doors, frames, windows, cabinets, and partitions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Take accurate measurements, cut and assemble materials.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and operate construction/office equipment.
