Amherst in Buffalo is seeking an experienced residential remodel professional to lead and support multiple addition and renovation projects each year across our portfolio. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential remodeling and hands-on expertise in at least two trades such as framing, plumbing/electrical, drywall, cabinetry, or siding.

Self-performing preferred to ensure quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strict safety compliance are essential

Job description

This position is strictly for an individual with 5 or more years in residential remodeling. We perform multiple residential addition and renovation projects per year and the candidate will need to have experience in 2 or more building trades such as:

• Framing (small scale)
• Basic Plumbing and electrical
• Drywall
• Cabinetry
• Vinyl/wood siding and trim
• Appliance connections

We prefer to self perform as many of the tasks on a job as possible. We are looking for an experienced individual to help complete our quality projects.
