Job summary

NJS Renovations & Construction is a residential remodeling company seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. You will perform framing, drywall, cabinet, door, and window installation, and complete finish carpentry, moulding, and stair construction across multiple residential sites.

You will lead small crews, collaborate with teammates, and travel regularly between project locations to ensure high-quality results on each home renovation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in carpentry.
• Proficient in framing, drywall, cabinet, door, and window installation.
• Skilled in finish carpentry, trim work, moulding installation, and stair construction.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management abilities.

This role involves working within a team, leading small crews, and occasionally working independently across multiple residential sites.
