Job summary

Madden's is an award-winning resort on a large Minnesota property seeking a full-time Carpenter to repair and maintain resort buildings. You will fit and install window frames, doors, and trim, inspect siding, and perform minor roof repairs as part of a maintenance team.

Join a safety‑minded staff focused on guest experiences. Typical day runs 7:00-3:30 with rotating weekends; occasional outdoor work in varying weather and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim.
• Inspect exterior siding for damage or defect and replace where necessary.
• Perform minor roof repair.
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of decks and railing, and repair or replace.
• Remove, construct and replace stairs. Follow safety guidelines.
