Qualifications

• 5+ years direct carpentry experience with 3+ years deck building for Tier 2.
• 10+ years direct carpentry experience with 3+ years deck building for Tier 3.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to pass a driver’s record screening.

Carpenter 3. Technical Mastery, On-Site Logistics Skills, Inspection/Outcome Management Experience, Mentorship Abilities.

Hiring Process

New candidates are required to perform an in-person skills assessment as a fundamental part of the interview process. The results of this assessment directly determine the candidate’s initial hiring level and corresponding pay scale within our structured compensation framework.

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
