Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a warehouse/parts delivery associate to support the Charleston region. You will pick up parts from supply houses, deliver to jobs, and coordinate with the warehouse to plan routes and schedules.

You’ll assist with inventory, prepare materials, and ensure field personnel have what they need for each job. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required, plus strong independence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with preparing materials for jobs as needed
• Help with physical inventory (monthly)
• Help in AM with getting the field personnel out of shop
• Help ensure field personnel have what they need for jobs
• Check pricing on PO’s
• Communicate with suppliers
• Check product in from suppliers when needed
• Other tasks as requested by the warehouse supervisor, General Manager and CEO

What You’ll Do

Go to the supply houses, pick up parts and deliver them to the jobs as well as pick up parts/paperwork from the field personnel as required.

Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to plan routes, pick up, and deliver materials to field personnel

Help with preparing materials for jobs as needed
