Position Overview

We’re seeking a driven and enthusiasticOutbound Sales Representativeto workremotely. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team by reaching out to potential dealership clients. You’ll serve as the first point of contact, clearly communicating our value and securing meetings for our experienced sales staff.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends
  • Remote work environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to dealership decision-makers to introduce CarObvious.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our products and services.
  • Qualify leads and ensure they meet appointment criteria.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Manage and prioritize the lead pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM software.
  • Consistently aim to exceed appointment-setting targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment
  • Must be able to travel 2X a month to our corporate office

Compensation

We operate on a base salary plus commission structure, offering comprehensive benefits after 90 days of employment.
