Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Prepare materials and report items needing repair to supervisor.
• Respond to occasional building emergencies and document incidents.
• Conduct daily rounds and maintain related records as assigned.
