Trinity Health's Saint Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC, is hiring a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will help create a warm, friendly atmosphere and ensure residents’ dietary needs are met while delivering compassionate service.

We offer a full-time position with rotating shifts and daytime hours designed to support work-life balance. Prior hospitality or senior living experience is a plus, but not required; we value a genuine passion for serving

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or senior living is a plus.
• Passion for serving senior citizens.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
