Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Jackson, New Jersey to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Director.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, with compensation of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitation, safe chemical handling, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Ability to communicate with residents.
• Dependable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms; launder linens.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of cleaning chemicals per OSHA.
• Attend in-service training and comply with policies.
