Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and work spaces in Avella Senior Living. Responsibilities include laundry for residents and community areas, carpet and floor care, windows, and proper disposal of waste.

Position requires adherence to safety guidelines and reporting hazards to the Maintenance or Executive Director. Strong English communication and the ability to pass a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be mobile and physically capable of performing duties.
• Good physical health as verified by health screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to keep the building presentable.
• Clean and stock laundry for residents and community as assigned.
• Perform carpet cleaning, waxing, and disinfecting as required.
• Follow safety procedures, MSDS, and proper chemical handling; report hazards.
