Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) invites you to join a community-focused team that supports independent living, assisted living and memory care across California and surrounding areas. The Care Giver role provides hands-on care and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting independence with dignity.

Qualifications

Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Prior experience with seniors preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
