Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. The Care Giver provides hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, maintaining room cleanliness, and promoting resident independence and dignity while ensuring safety. We value a caring, team-oriented approach and offer opportunities for growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
